We repair, upgrade and rent apartment units. In most cases we are able to rent the units at higher rents and within 30 days.


We collect rents on the first day of the month. We charge late fees for rent paid after the 1st.
"We maintain business office hours for unit repairs (M - F 9 AM to 5 PM) and by appointment.
